1. No Returns & No Refunds

• All sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
• We do not accept returns based on change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preference.
• Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

2. Exceptions (if applicable)

• In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or an incorrectly shipped item, customers may request a replacement under our 30-Day Replacement Guarantee.
• To request a replacement, you must contact support@ithpl.com within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase and product images.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by necessary documentation for approval.

3. Customer Responsibility

• Before purchasing, please ensure all details, including size, color, and product specifications, are correct.
• We are not responsible for incorrect orders placed due to customer error.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
• Pre-paid order cancellations will be processed as per our refund policy.
